Colonial Park Apartments, Offices and Comunity Center

Renovation of a 40 building, 320 apartment complex in Park City, Illinois providing housing for families. Work also included design/construction of a new indoor pool, fitness center and management office. New elevators were added to several buildings in order to create new housing options for people with mobility issues. Financing through HUD. Construction was completed in April, 2012.
